#### CASE STUDY VIDEO

# How To Improve Your Bag Sealing Production Speeds & Quality

## Weld Your Poly Woven Bags, Paper Bags & More

Kent Nutrition purchased the PS150 to replace their old bag sealing equipment. They previously had a lot of bag jams, quality problems & had difficulty switching from job to job. Miller Weldmaster helped install the PS150 into their existing packaging line and it has improved their business tremendously.

##### What has improved since adding the ps150 to their production line?

- Reduced the amount of downtime with faster setup times and fewer bag jams
- Production speed has increased and it is easier to change out the type of guide that is required
- Easier to train new and existing employees
- Minimal maintenance compared to their old system that had a lot of residual glue and more cleaning time
